Joel has over 25 years of senior financial and executive experience within commercial and industrial construction, custom manufacturing and energy services within Western Canada. As the chief financial decision maker, Joel has been focused on the improvement of the management of critical human and capital resources, matching the information systems to stage of the business and providing insight into the operations with an eye to improving the profitability.
He has championed and participated in several strategic business purchases and sales to help position the organization to take advantage of opportunities. As a specialist in identifying opportunities for real improvement within small and medium size businesses, he is focused on helping design an enterprise wide solution to move an organization to the next level.
Joel has earned an MBA, and holds a CPA, CGA designation, and has worked in such great organizations as CANA Group of Companies, Pacer Group of Companies and Ahlstrom/Kamyr.
Juanita brings over 15 years of experience in senior financial and accounting roles in Western Canada, working in a Controller role for over 10 years with a general contractor, prior to that she worked 5 years as an Assistant Controller for a publicly traded energy field service contractor and custom manufacturer.
Most recently, Juanita has dedicated her focus to the ERP side of the construction industry through certification of the world class program Sage 100 Contractor, a software designed for small to medium sized contractors. Using her years as a power user of ERP systems and her training skills, her focus is to help companies move their financial and project management functions to the next level, providing key decision-making information and insight. Having gone through the migration and implementation process as a user, she brings a clear understanding of the contractors view of the journey, their needs, limitations and resources.
Kaylee brings to the clients a comprehensive understanding of the financial functions of a contractor, having had the opportunity over the last 10 years to work with residential and commercial contractors, as well as property development and energy services firms. Combined with an expertise in Sage 100 Contractor, and ability to connect to all levels of the organization, she can provide a well-rounded solution for a growing contractor encountering the complexity of scale.
She is committed to further develop and expand her knowledge of all things construction and accounting with her pursuit of the CPA designation. With a process driven approach, creative problem solving, seeing the contractors’ big picture along with the pursuit of personal growth, Kaylee can make a lasting difference to the growing contractor.
Joanne brings over 14 years of project accounting and construction administration experience. Having worked for both architecture and engineering firms, as well as for general contractors and sub trades, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of project costs, preparing, executing, and tracking contract administration documentation, and providing project accounting support.
Joanne has worked on both large and small-scale projects throughout Western Canada, and possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Her understanding of projects throughout the various stages, along with a strong customer service focus, allows Joanne to provide project teams with insightful and thorough support.
