The Vancouver Island Economic Alliance (VIEA) VIEA is a registered non-government, non-profit society spearheading regional economic development for the entire Vancouver Island and Gulf Island region.

 The Duncan Cowichan Chamber of Commerce has been serving businesses in the Cowichan Valley since 1908.  With over 600 members, the Duncan Cowichan Chamber of Commerce provides networking, promotional and professional development opportunities to businesses, individuals and organizations in Cowichan.
